OpenYield Trading LLC is required to advise customers that pursuant to MSRB Rule G-10, OpenYield is registered with both the U.S. Securities Exchange Commission and the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board. Further, an investor brochure is available at www.msrb.org, which describes the protections that may be provided by the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board rules and how to file a complaint with an appropriate regulatory authority.
